Over 50 OP manufacturers and dealers attended the launch plan presentation of Proficiency Group's new PROM personalised direct marketing system. Peter Frost, CEO made the presentation.
PROM has been designed to enable manufacturers to market their latest promotions and new products/productivity solutions directly to dealers' user-chooser databases…with their full co-operation.
"PROM is a permission based e/direct marketing system developed by iNovaSoft. We've tailored the system for the OP market to maximise the co-operation between dealers, manufacturers and wholesalers," said Peter Frost.
"Traditionally, direct mail gets a 1-2% cold response rate and is expensive. PROM creates a HIGH and HOT response from the dealer's database yielding a minimum 8% result. Proficiency Group works with the dealers' sales and marketing team to quadruple the user chooser database."continued Frost.
"We create a personalised mico-site for each user which enables us to develop a 'persona', a profile of the user's specific areas of interest…e.g.time saving devices…presentation or shredding solutions etc. We can then match the communication to suit making the promotion highly relevant"
